Who we are

Yellow Lotus Consulting Group ("Yellow Lotus," "we," "us") is a small consulting business that helps organizations plan managed AI roles, team training, and secure AI operations. This policy explains what information we collect through yellowlotuscg.com and how we use it. Questions can be sent to yellowlotuscg@gmail.com.

Information you choose to send us

The AI Capability Snapshot form asks for your name, work email, company, website URL, type of organization, where your work gets stuck, and what you would like help with. When you submit the form, the website does not store or transmit these answers itself. It opens your own email app with a prepared message addressed to us. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that email.

If you email us directly, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and anything you attach. We ask that you do not send credentials, customer records, regulated information, or confidential documents.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and prepare the snapshot, audit, or conversation you asked for.
• To review the public information about your organization that you pointed us to, such as your website.
• To keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other companies for their marketing.

Website analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and understand which pages are useful. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors. It records aggregated data such as the page visited, the referring site, and general device, browser, and country information.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for advertising, tracking, or analytics.

Service providers

The website is hosted by Vercel, which processes standard request data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and secure the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Email we receive is handled through Google Gmail. Each provider handles that data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep information

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful for working with you or as needed for our business records. You can ask us to delete your messages and related notes at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing yellowlotuscg@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our services are for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
